Tina Parmer is from the Birmingham, Alabama area, where she recieved her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Montevallo. Tina worked in inner-city youth ministry for seven years before marrying her husband, Justin, and moving to the Eastern Shore in 2017. Justin and Tina have been members at ESPC since 2018, and Tina enjoys outdoor activities, painting and board games.
