George is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Music degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has served churches in Tennessee and Louisiana as Worship Arts Director and church planter. George is also a published songwriter of modern worship songs. George and his wife, Marjorie, have three children.
