ESPC Ministries

  • Bayshore Christian School is College Preparatory Classical Christian School, providing a biblical worldview education, inspiring and impacting its community. In keeping with a Classical and Christian approach to education, we aspire to teach our students how to learn, so that they will be equipped to intelligently and articulately engage their world from a Christian worldview. We strive to nourish their minds and souls on truth, beauty, and goodness; building on the foundation of the Word of God and the classical liberal arts.

  • Growing kids in Christ, equipping them to serve.

In Children’s Ministry we seek to partner with families in shepherding children in a maturing faith, equipping them for works of ministry to walk in the truth by faith.

Nursery is provided during the 8:30 & 11:00 worship services and also during the Sunday school hour for ages birth-3 years.

We also provide an optional Children's Church during the sermon of the 8:30 & 11:00 worship services for children ages PreK to 5K.

Sunday School for ages 3  year-6th grade is available each week, as well as special events throughout the year.  See what's going on in children's ministry.

  • Sojourners (senior adults)

Sojourners, our senior adult ministry meets on the third Thursday of the month for food, fellowship and Bible study. We also have additional outings during the year. Join us for our next meeting or contact Newt Blackerby for more information.

  • Missions

From monthly supporting our missionaries around the world to taking taking teams to serve them in person, sharing the Gospel around the world is central to who we are as a church.

Contact us to find out more about the next mission adventure. Recent trips include Ecuador, Guadalajara, Mexico, London, England to visit our missionaries there.

  • English as a Second Language (ESL)

The ESL team is made up of trained tutors who have a passion to help the ever growing population of immigrants who have come to the Eastern Shore, live here and are working to adapt to their new home and culture. The goal is simple: to provide friendship, English fluency and share the love of God.

We use classroom settings with tutor teams to help our people to grasp English. These settings provide a wonderful place for people to make new friends and to connect with other people from their ethnic group.

Programs are offered at ESPC on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with nursery provided. If you’re interested in learning more about our English as a Second Language program please contact us.
